Updates, Downloads and Support

All Streamline products are a one-time fee – none recurring payment. Your purchased license includes one year of free product updates, downloads and support. After one year, you can still use the plugins you’ve purchased, but the product will stop receiving updates.

After we have successfully received your payment, your product information will be emailed to the email address you provided. This usually happens within minutes but in some cases might take longer. If you do not receive an email after this time period, please contact us directly.


Our products are developed for WordPress, an open source software released under the GNU public license and are allowed to be used on the following amount of domains:

  1. Single license – allowed to be used on one domain
  2. Developer license – allowed to be used on unlimited number of domains

You are always able to deactivate the current license on one domain and activate it on a different one.

License Renewals

Our product licenses can be renewed here by purchasing a renewal of an existing product license key. If you will enter a wrong license key or if your renewal license key will not match the license type you have purchased, you will still be charged however the license key will not be renewed.

Warranty and Liability

Streamline does not provide any warranty or guarantee for these products in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components, plugins or web browsers. Product compatibility should be first tested using the Free versions of the plugin.

Streamline products are provided “As Is” and in no event shall Streamline be liable for any direct. indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or damages for loss of profits, revenue, data or use incurred by you or any third party arising out of or in connection with the use of our products.


In case if you are experiencing issues with the plugin and are not satisfied with the purchase, you have up to 14 days from the day of purchase to request a refund. Refund requests must be given via email which must include your license key and email that was used in the purchase. Upon requesting a refund, please note, it can take up to three business days for us to complete that request.

Please note that license renewals are non-refundable.


You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. You may not resell our products. All products are property of Streamline.


Streamline reserves the right in its sole discretion, and without any prior notice, to terminate your access to our service for any or no reason, including your breach of these Terms, the terms and conditions of any service for which you may have registered, or a violation of the rights of another user or the law.

Streamline reserves the right with or without notice to you at any time to change, modify or discontinue any service or a portion or attribute thereof, or the offering of any information, good, content, product or service. Streamline shall have no liability to you or any third party should Streamline modify or discontinue any service or an aspect thereof.

We reserve the rights to change or modify current Terms and Conditions without notice.
